Herbal First Aid Kit II

This second herbal first aid kit contains four 10g pots of herbal balms made from oilive oil and beeswax and: Arnica, a well known anti-inflammatory salve that can be applied to ease sprains, strained muscles and bruises (do not apply to broken skin); Elderflower, a sweet smelling, soothing ointment that is ideal for chapped skin, for skin blemishes and as an aftershave balm; Kawakawa, a versatile healing salve traditionally used as a remedy for insect bites and stings, raches, poor circulation, bruises, eczema, wounds, burns and general aches and pains; Plantain and Chickweed, two wild plants that contain natural anti-histhamines that are cooling and soothing for itching, rashes, allergic reactions, bites and stings.
